Membership Packages
As part of our continued dedication towards our patients and the wish to offer a more personal service to our most valued patients we are able to offer you a membership package to suit your individual needs.
Package A: Individual Membership
At a cost of £60 per month you have access to 12 consultations a year. Appointments can be made at a time that is best suited to yourself and with the Health Professional of your choice to ensure continuity of care.
Package B: Couple Membership
At a cost of £100 per month you will have access to 18 consultations a year between you.
Package C: Family Membership
At a cost of £120 per month you can enjoy membership for your whole family (family consists of 2 adults and children under the age of 18). You will have access to 24 consultations between you. You will have peace of mind knowing that highly qualified professionals will be there to care for the whole family at a time when they need it most. You are able to build a good rapport with the Doctor and Nurse who will get to know your family and their individual needs.
Package D: Prestige Membership
For an extra £20 per month per person on any package you will also be offered a full health screen tailored to your needs, for example, female health, male health, over 50 health screening. Included in this will be lung function testing, a heart tracing, routine blood monitoring, weight monitoring, cardiovascular risk scoring and osteoporosis risk scoring.
